Return And Exchange Policy

Thank you for your order and sincerely hope that your dog or cat enjoys the product you ordered. If there is any problem with the quality of the product, or you don't like the product you got, don't worry, we will do our best to return or exchange the product for you. Our return items need to meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

The item is in brand-new condition and must be returned in the original packaging with no dog or cat hair.

If the above conditions are met, next proceed to the exchange or return process based on the information below.

Exchange

  • Send an email to support@pawjourneys.com within 30 days of receiving the item to obtain the exchange address and communicate other details.
  • All returned items must be in new condition and subject to inspection.
  • Party responsible for return and exchange freight: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
    Customers are responsible for the freight charges incurred for returns and exchanges.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will promptly send you a replacement.

Returns

  • Send an email to support@pawjourneys.com within 30 days of receiving the item to obtain the exchange address and communicate other details.  
  • All returned items must be in new condition and subject to inspection.
  • Party responsible for return and exchange freight: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
    Customers are responsible for the freight charges incurred for returns and exchanges.
  • All returned items must be in new condition or a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, the refund will be processed through the original payment channel within 14 business days.(The refund does not include the shipping fee paid at the time of purchase)

Order Cancellation

  • Please double-check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information before payment. Make sure the order is accurate.
  • If you want to modify your order, please send an email to support@pawjourneys.com within 3 hours after placing your order). We will be happy to revise and respond within 1 business day.
  • Your order cannot be canceled once it has been processed and packaged.

*Please note that any order cancellation is subject to a 5% cancellation fee charged by Credit Card Company / Paypal.
