We provide free standard shipping for all orders of $59 or more. Orders below $59 will incur a $6.99 shipping fee.

Merchandise delivery time: The specific delivery time is the sum of the order processing time and the service provider's shipping time.
Order Processing Time: After the order is received, we will process it within 1 natural days.
Service Provider Shipping Time: After the order is processed, service provider shipping is expected to arrive in 4-10 business days. The exact arrival time depends on the country and region. Below are the shipping times for most countries.（Our transportation service providers are mainly Postal Service）
Once the item is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking link and tracking number via email so that you can check the exact location of the item in real-time.

After the item is shipped, the logistics information will be updated within 1-2 natural days.

If you find an address error after placing an order, or want to change or cancel the order, please send an email to support@pawjourneys.com within 3 hours after placing the order and provide relevant details of the order, such as the order number. Once we have started processing your order, we will no longer accept any changes or cancellations.
